Data Observation & Recording at office in Sukhumvit (Time bound - Full time for two weeks)

Project Name: Space Utilization Review Nature of project : Full time onsite, you will have to be at our client office between 8:30 AM to 6PM from 14-27 August (Sat, Sun Holiday) Project Brief: Study is aimed to analyse the workspace utilization of commercial (office) leased property. Observer shall be deployed at the floor during the office hours with an iPad. She/he shall record the observations on the application on the iPad (yes or no questions, whether space is occupied or not occupied) for each desk. They will plot whether each workstation was occupied / or not during that hour. Workspace observation data shall be collected for 10 consecutive working days (2 week). Onsite: We need 2 staff members who can perform the hourly observation. Time Effort Estimate: Onsite: 1 day visit for walkthrough at client site on Thursday followed 10 days of data observation during the week. Equipment: Each observer shall carry an iPad which they will have to rent and will be reimbursed. Floor plan will be activated on the application. User login ID / Password shall be provided by us. Start Date: 14th August 2018 to 27th August Expectations: Data observer needs to be well groomed in formal clothes, minimum education required, English & Thai speaking
