looking for a Bookkeeper/Accounting Associate to become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities:
• Record activity for several real estate development and residential/commercial leasing projects using QuickBooks
• Assist with preparation of development draw requests
• Perform reconciliations for projects on a monthly basis
• Assist audit and tax departments
• Download and file documents from portal website
• Print and scan documents
• Coordinate delivery of draft and completed financial statements to clients via e-mail, portal sites and postal services
• Coordinate, follow up, and file confirmations from banks and investors
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
• Ability to simultaneously work with multiple projects for various professionals and work within tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
