Manual Format - Standard training manual format would be in PowerPoint and include scripts/talking points on the notes page, reference materials/links, collaterals for activities et al. 2. Certification Process - Should be in place to ensure minimum standards and competence are in place before sending participants back to Operations, this can be connected on actual metrics/KPIs or we can create these as part of the instructional design 3. Learning Methodology/Instructional Design - Understanding the profile of the target audience will affect instructional design. Things to consider are the kinds of activities based on learning styles, duration of activities, and tested fun factors. Will it be facilitator-led, eLearning, or blended learning? Certain factors are to be considered when deciding this. 4. Training Measures - To be identified at the beginning of instructional design to measure training success. At best, ROI can be identified and reported. What is important to note is measuring trainees performance at 30-60-90 day intervals after training. 5.
