Data Warehouse Development Plan

Please read carefully. This is NOT a business writing project. Only apply if you possess the skills indicated below. We are looking to build a data warehouse that can aggregate data from 100 different locations. I want to explore the end-to-end data warehouse building process. Assuming that data is extracted from each site every night and dropped in a staging area, I would like someone to create a data warehouse development plan that includes the following. The technologies, tools and their associated costs (in US$ or AU$) required for the end-to-end solution. Human resources required (Data Architect, Data Engineer, BI developer etc..) and how many days/ hours of their time will be required / what each role will contribute to the project. Also, the typical costs of these professionals. The timeline for the end-to-end project in terms of weeks/months. The stages of the project with associated timelines for each stage. We already operate on the AWS cloud, so our preference would be for the solution to be developed on the AWS cloud. In essence, what I am looking for is a complete solution incorporating technologies, human resources, costs and timelines.
