Hello, I need help building our first (free) hubspot database. We have contacts and companies in excel form and would like to move them to Hubspot correctly. We also have minor customization, such as changing the default lifecycle stages. In addition I would like basic 1:1 tutoring so I don't have to spend hours on youtube. This is not a project where you get a deliverable and work on your own, but rather a series of 1:1 conversations with me, with us sharing screens. Later it will be a fixed monthly retainer to help us build the database further.

Hi! Does this project require 40 hours / week? I'm really interested in helping you with this as I've worked with HubSpot at my last two companies. In both cases I was considered a "super-user" and gave regular demonstrations on how to use the product effectively. If done correctly, HubSpot can be a great tool to store contacts and company information. Uploading from Excel and formatting the data correctly can benefit your sales/marketing efforts dramatically. One thing I really enjoy about HubSpot is how customizable the tool is and how you can mold it to fit your organizations needs.
