Recursive Backend MVP 1.0 - Database + 2 APIs

Create a database as described in Cell Schema (5 tables) with two REST APIs that access it as described in Cell API (3 functions) and User API (4 functions) . Key requirements • Don’t implement areas not included in MVP 1.0 (marked in gray) • Database instance needs to be easy to be duplicated or created from scratch • Database instance will require an initial massload (approx 300 rows) of MaturityModel (to be provided in excel with fields as columns) • Open to different technology choices for the database and the APIs • Cell API and User API should have different addresses • Cell API and User API should have a barebones way to execute API calls for testing over a web interface • In MVP 1.0 Cell API and User API don’t require authentication
