Hi, I can do this for you. You have already made all the right hardware selections. The ESP32 is not required unless you require WiFi. You can replace it with an Arduino Uno/Nano. I can configure the module to send an SMS to a presaved number whenever a coin is inserted in the vending system. I can also provide USB interface to export the data to the computer with all relevant software. Software to view the store data/ erase the currently stored records will be provided. You will get timestamp too in the CSV File
