I have an instant messenger with chat rooms and in the chat rooms users are able to go on the voice and talk or play music and there is also a "Raise Hand" feature to show that they want to go on the voice if someone else is on the voice. The problem is if anyone has their hand raised, no one can go on the voice at all, the raised hand is causing interference with the voice and I need someone to make it possible to go on voice even with raised hands.
Hi, I have close to 20 years of programming with expertise in Delphi and lot of experience in complex client/server systems (similar to chat applications).
Can you tell me in what Delphi version was your app developed and does it use some external libraries (components)? At this moment I cannot estimate how complicated your chat app system is and thus how much it will take time to first understand system and then make required changes to allow voice talk in all situations.
I'm a skilled Delphi developer and I'm still using Delphi 7 for legacy projects. I could take a look at the sources and see what's wrong with the voice function.

Do you have sources available?
I have a lot experience working with Delphi including 3-d party code. I can try to help you with that problem, but I'll need to review a source code first.
