Django developer for frontend and backend

I am looking for a full stack developer that fully understands Django, PostgreSQl, APIs and Django templates and some vuejs/reactjs. We want to use django for backend and django templating (bootstrap4) that is responsive and mobile friendly. The frontend and backend of our site will using django templating and django and the to do the backend with Django and for database we use PostgreSql. We need the APIs to be implemented with frontend. Also the APIs needs to be available for mobile development. The frontend needs to be coded based on our designs on sketch on zeplin. Which means that we are expecting proper spacing, fonts sizes and image positions. You will be responsible for the whole backend and frontend development, API creation and implementation. Also full development of admin dashboard. so you can check that for reference. We are using AWS cloud. We need the site to use google map API, payment gateway APIs and US postal APIs and Canada Post APIs. About 50% of the design is already done and need minor fixes, you will be invited to zeplin to check the designs. We need a exact deadline when will the project be done and for each milestone. We are on a tight deadline and can not make exceptions for deadlines. This is a fixed contract and will not accept hourly rates and the payment is in Canadian $, which we will not change.
