I need a TCP/IP port listener that collects data from GPS tracking devices and store it on a MS SQL database. It must accept multiple connections at the same time. The GPS trackers sends information to the TCP/IP port of the server via GPRS. The software will listen on TCP/IP ports, collects simple text strings from tracking devices and will store it on a MS SQL database. It must accept multiple connections at the same time. The server is a Windows Server 2012 R2 with IIS 8.5 and Microsoft SQL Server 2014. The programming language should be VB.NET
