Upgrading Custom Drupal 7 Theme to Drupal 8

We have a custom theme Drupal 7 site we have been tasked to upgrade to Drupal 8. We have already conducted the content migration, but we need help reproducing the different theme and admin elements including such things as views, paragraphs, blocks, etc. The work will primarily involve: - recreating .[login to view URL] files from PHPTemplate engine (.[login to view URL]) files and making sure they're syntactically correct - recreating Drupal 7 admin UI elements in Drupal 8 that have no direct migration path (Views), manually or with migration scripts (Drupal Migrate) - ensuring the resulting Drupal 8 site looks and behaves exactly like the Drupal 7 site - appropriate QA approach Applicants should have experience in the following: - Drupal 7, Drupal 8 - Drupal 7/8 theming - Drupal 8 theme development (.theme file hooks / preprocessing) - Twig - Drupal 7/8 custom module development experience very helpful - Drupal 8+ Config Management best practices - Git, and proper VC management - MySQL We use the following tools for communication and work distribution: - Backlog by Nulab - Slack - Zoom - Email - Pantheon Hosting
