Monthly Magento maintenance plan

Hello, I am Dibah, CEO of theMSAG. We help people get into medical school. Our website is built on magento. We have a blog. we have around 100 content pages and we also have around 15 products that we sell. I am looking for a team of developers to give me a monthly maintenance plan. I also have some new development needs, for example I want to update the product page design and there may be need for some customization of extensions and installation of new extension. I am contacting you as I would like a quote for monthly maintenance and the also a quote for cost of additional development work. I would like the same company to do my monthly maintenance and do ad hoc development work. Many thanks What we expect from a Magento Maintenance Plan • Basic Uptime Monitoring: Uptime monitoring complete with automatic support for when our site becomes unavailable (99.9%). • Magento Upgrades: implement upgrades as they are released ensuring our site is always running the latest version. • Magento Security Patches: Automatic security patching ensuring we are always protected against the latest vulnerabilities. • Magento extensions: Update, configure, and test Magento extensions. • Scan site for malware and correct any existing issues. Evaluate logs for presence of malware. • Review system, exception, error and custom logs for recurring errors and resolve the root cause of the logged information. • Evaluate site load speed and take corrective action to ensure that site is loading quickly and reliably (we could for example say at least a score B/B in GT Metrix). • Perform W3C code validation on the site. Ensure the site only has a limited number of errors and warnings (monthly check and repair). • Review disk space and bandwidth usage to ensure our current hosting package with Siteground is appropriate and investigate and correct any issues (core dump files, error logs, etc.). • Bug fixing: fix bugs that impact user experience, as identified by you or theMSAG team PLEASE PROVIDE A QUOTE FOR THE MONTHLY MAINTENANCE THAT INCLUDES THE ABOVE (this will be paid every month) and a quote for hourly price for additional development work. many thanks
