Hi, I am a post graduate power electronics engineer and having very good industrial experience of 8+ years in R&D and project development. I am excellent welding power supplies design, Plasma ARC power supplies, high frequency transformers design, solar grid tie transformers, electrical vehicles design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - for the required luminance only COB leds are suitable with heat-sink... 2 - usually, the system using cob leds have also a fan/turbine... but it depends mostly on each specific application... (if the heat sink could be mounted on a metallic surface/support, will not need any other fan/blower/turbine) 3 - i could lead you to the best manufacturer of cob leds, but you have to be aware they are bot cheap... 4 - i could also design and even build/prototype the housing for the led but will need to know more details... :) all the details to be discussed here. the price and time frame could be adjusted accordingly with the complexity... Hi, I am a power electronics engineer and have experience in designing LED lights and drivers. I read your requirement and hope you are powering the LED directly from the battery. we believe 13000 to 14000 lumens is too high for automotive car lights , but we can do the solution if required. Is there any size constrain for the LEDs? Do you need any type of dimming options? Over heating can be avoided by using suitable heat sinks and also by increasing the number of LEDs . By increasing the number of LEDs we can Increase the life , reliability and also Lumens/Watt efficiency. If you are interested we can discuss more on the topic
