Need single USB 3amp ultra fast smartphone charger design with following technical specifications and features: Technical specifications and features: • output voltage: 3.6V to 12V and the maximum output current: 3A or slightly greater than that like 3.1 or 3.4 amp and this power should be 18W (Not cheaper and conventional design like output 5V/3A, or 15W power, easily available in Indian market), should support all QC3.0/2.0 protocols, Huawei's mobile phone's FCP protocol, different brands of mobile phones' protocols like PE+1.1 or PE+2.0 protocol and so on... • Should support QC 3.0 technology meaning it should be able to charge compatible phones 4 times faster than conventional chargers • Should contain SmartQ or Autodetect or smart IC Fast Charging technology meaning it should smartly or automatically detect the charging protocol of the devices connected and choose suitable current upto 3 amp to charge at fastest speed possible • Should have various protection circuitries such as Short circuit, over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current and over charging • Should have Auto cutoff feature that is it should automatically disconnect once connected device is fully charged in order to protect its battery • It should be suitable for all types of smartphones, Apple Products (iPhone, iPad, iPod), PCs, PDAs, Bluetooth headsets and other suitable digital products available in the market worldwide Notes: • It’s highly required that you develop its design using high quality components available easily in Indian market and not cheaper one. • As I said above I don’t want cheaper and conventional design for 3amp charger that is like output 5V/3A, or 15W power, easily available in Indian market instead my design should include all of the above mentioned with full accuracy in order to make my final product highly appealing, reliable and cost effective in domestic as well as international market. • Kindly design such that my final product should be as compact and lightweight as possible Expected at the time of delivery: Finally I need its final PCB design along with its successfully tested prototype and with that I should be able to go for its mass production and in the end kindly provide schematic, PCB layout, BOM, gerber, drill, PnP, 3D PCB files, welding and testing, shape to PCB Layout along with its enclosure 3D design and Detailed test and technical reports containing detailed explanation of circuit diagram and it should consist of working details of each and every components and chips and how their values calculated and how they contribute towards the successful working of the product etc and also with regards to the test report, it should also contain with other details, how you have tested its technical specifications and features and the kind of devices or equipment used for the testing of various aspects with necessary images and tables with detailed explanations….
