Position: Customer Service Executive (Technical)
Job Responsibilities
1. Configuration of prepaid energy meters to BESCOM consumers. (Willing to work at BESCOM premises throughout Bangalore)
2. Customer handling and ensuring proper service (Face to Face and over the phone)
3. Solving meter related issues on spot, guiding and training staffs and customers.
4. Generate reports related to new connection, replacement, renewal and recharge to BESCOM, mail it concern officials and store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
5. Comply with data integrity and security policies
Skill Set
1. Efficiently handle subdivision officials and customers
2. Good communication skills (English and Kannada)
3. Experience with MS Office and Windows
4. Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
5. Confidentiality.
Qualification
BE (EE, E&I, E&C) any discipline, freshers
