Convert video signal (LVDS) from Sony FCB-EV7520 camera to MIPI CSI-2 using FPGA or CHIP

Would you please clarify the required task for digital or analog part ? I have experience with MIPI D-PHY and MIPI C-PHY Protocols and I have fully implemented their digital parts in verilog. I have read about the LVDS Specifications. If you need a digital converter, I can discuss the required specs with you and go ahead with verilog implementations and testing.
