Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. Based on the specific requirement - impossible to open the case, or at least to destroy the pcb inside, I'm guessing is about a very sensitive (the electronics) piece of equipment carrying secrecy of the circuits/electrionics Obs: impossible to open - there is not such a thing... somebody/somehow will figure out how to open and reverse engineering the pcb Destroying the pcb inside - unless it will shredder the pcb into very small pieces is also useless - if it breaks the pcb in only a few parts, will be able to put them back together and rebuild the circuit As far as i can see, the only workable solution is a system with to cut off the components out of the pcb side (both the smd and classical ones) and the same time a mean to peel of the printed circuit on the other side... (or grind it...) - this way will remain inside the case only a bunch of electronic components and some debris... The project is challenging, demanding and difficult... but doable :) Of course, the price will be negotiated accordingly with the parameters and the value of the solution Bogdan

Hello sir, after thinking of too much on your description i have some idea about pcb case. I am mechanical engineer and I use CATIA for 3D design. so main part is there is any chance to make 2 holes in PCB at any empty space ?? if yes then I am 100% sure that PCB will be broke if someone try to open case. if no then I can use other idea about case. and I am able to give you case design in 1 day and maximum 2 days. please reply ..... freelancer, abhi

Hi, I would like to think closer on possible solutions, to make a more detailed bid, but need to clarify some details. 1. Do I understand correctly: it is 3 push buttons and a connector (seems like mini USB) what prevents you to simply cast, immerse PCB into some compound? Or any other considerations? 2. Any LEDs to be visible from outside? Not very clear on picture. 3. Should be the enclosure transparent for radio waves? Hello, Can you please let me know, how you want to assembly, my proposal is to have lower half and upper half with snap locking, after placing pcb etc in the lower half, upper half if pressed and once you hear click sound of Snap locks (4 go to lock the case and 2 will lock pcb), now its exactly the case you are looking for, nearly impossible to open and if forcefully tried to open, pcb will be broken before it opens. please tell, shall i start making the 3d design and submit the images for your review. thanks
