I need you to design a Li ion battery charging circuit. The following are the specs: - must be switching topology - battery configuration is 4 in series, one parallel. Batteries are 2700mAh - 3300mAh, charge rate should be set to 0.5C - input voltage must match standard wall-plug adapters - design must be done in Altium Design, both schematics and PCB layout - prefer to use Linear Technology battery management solutions.
