Schematics and layout of USB and Ethernet extension board

I am using an embedded board with two USB ports (2.0) and one Ethernet port (100BT) as part of a bigger system, but need to expand to 3 USBs and 3 Ethernet ports. Instead of redesigning the board, I would prefer to design a simple PCB that integrates a USB Hub IC and an Ethernet switch IC, and running short USB and Ethernet cables to our existing PCB. With the new custom PCB it would be possible to pass power using Power-over-Ethernet to a remote system, in addition to using the remaining twisted-pair in the Ethernet cable to transmit a trigger pulse required for sync in our system.

The deliverables are: schematics, layout and BOM. If the freelancer can manage the production of a prototype and assemble and test one unit we will take it into account in the selection of the candidate and will adjust the budget as appropriate.
