Single ethernet port home gateway using the Telit HE910 3G

We are after an engineer that has had experience in writing embedded software for a single ethernet port modem gateway router using the Telit HE910 3G modem. The product MUST: Use Telit HE910 connected to the USB CDC interface(s) Ethernet port Must be RToS based (FreeRToS, MQX, uTasker etc), NOT LINUX Must be C code, written with exception handling and documented. Only requires low level development (application level will be completed by myself) Preferably use Freescale / NXP processors such as Kinteis arm processors, but MUST be low cost processor with no external memory, processor must be under USD$10 Be capable of through put of HSUPA speeds (20Mbs through put) Must support all general internet traffic i.e. The Ethernet port could be connected in any home network for internet access. Must support inbound connection and outbound connections i.e. remote connection to the router itself, or, devices on the ethernet (port forwarding must be supported for external connection) I can do all the hardware design (PCB / Schematics) and supply two prototypes for development of the software. I already have a MCF52259 Freescale processor with Ethernet and USB connected using FSLMQX which could be used immediately which should do the job but will not do the through put required (I dont think). I started working on the project but was unable to get the USB CDC drivers working (they work in Linux, but we cant use linux for this application), I am now to busy to continue with this project so want to out source it.
