Hi, I have done something like this for RC model aircraft glow plug and input throttle pulse control interlocking. In other words, when the glow plug is turned on (one pulse), the throttle (another pulse in) can no longer be changed. This helps to start the glow engine more reliably. Anyway, I am designing a donut making machine timing control circuit board with ICM7555CBAZ-T (single 555) as I am typing this. I short, I think fit your profile. Hi. The interlock can be carried out feeding the base of a npn transistor with the output of the 1000ms pulse. The colector should have a pull up resistor and the emiter should be wired to ground. The node between the pullup resistor and the transistor can be used to feed the colector of the phototransistor, whose emiter is connected to the trigger input and to a resistor to ground. Hi, if you want just a schematic, I can provide you one simple but very practical. But if you need also a PCB, I am afraid that I can not make one. Also, I tried to bid with 30 but smallest amount is 250, by my opinion and if I understood the problem, 250 is waaaay to high for schematic.
