Could you pls share more info about which sensor module you want to add and which esp32 framework? I recommend using esp32 arduino framework for any complicated development as it is widely used, more features and in C++ which is much better to manage the code. If any question, pls chat.

i have experience in esp32 module i can design any firmware on that i also have experience in rtos which will help your run time i can deliver in 3 days if all specification is clear on safe side i am writing 5 days i think you have a requirement of server communication also i am assuming http request in Jason format
