• Ensure all aces, generators, chillers, lights, plumbing, fire system are functioning well for the hotel

• Follow up with the team on all maintenance done

• Manage the maintenance of health club, pool, kitchen, restaurant, rooms, and meeting rooms.

• Manage all Maintenance restaurant in Aramco Dhahran, Ras al talnoura, Abkek, Odaylia

• Manage all Maintenance for staff house Bachelor & Family

• Proactive, Precise/ accurate & well organized.

• Active in follow up with good time management skills.

• Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, and work efficiently in a professional team environment.

• Good understanding of cultural differences.

• Experience and desire to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural business environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of tight deadlines and high quality standards.

• Works efficiently under pressure
