Hi, I am a post graduate power electronics engineer and having very good industrial experience of 8+ years in R&D and project development. I am excellent welding power supplies design, Plasma ARC power supplies, high frequency transformers design, solar grid tie transformers, electrical vehicles design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. Hi, I have designed bunch of DC-DC converter before, So I know several of it's design issue, including how to layout it propperly. I will help you choose the right component on the market to meet your requirements. Sure we can finish this project in 3 days. it's actually simple project. I will use either Eagle or Kicad. I have became PCB designer since 2012 and DC-DC converter was my recent issue , so It still warm in my mind, how to design it and. make it works propperly. For every component calculation, usually I refer to design guide provided by datasheet, but if it's needed to customized, I can manually calculated, and it still refered to datasheet of course. Interesting job as I was already looking some of the Asian brands for one of my switched mode converters design. I may also select different converter as long as they meet these specifications you provided. I will also discuss with few of my Chinese suppliers to settle down with the price tag. Will make these designs nicely and would work as intended. In case if you need me to validate the design performance as well then we can discuss about that with little extra prototype making and testing costs involved. I do have in house test and measuring equipment ready for characterising these products. Design time I mentioned 5 days because I need to discuss with my suppliers to find best price vs performance components and Christmas in knocking at the door so it might take a bit time to get their replies. By the way, I have better sourcing than lcsc who will provide these asian brand products even cheaper than lcsc and offer all genuine components. Do let me know. Thanks and Best Regards. Roy
