THIS IS NOT A BID. This is the sort of job I have done when working in our mining industry. I am usually in your position selecting people to do the job or specifying what they have to do. I simply cannot bid on this because there are people in that part of the world who can do this. I am writing this because you have put done a good list of tasks which too many people on Freelancer do not. And it makes sensible bidding almost impossible. I get annoyed when I see people bid on Freelancer who shouldn't, but you are lucky because there are a couple of people on the list who can do this for you. There are 2 guys on the list who should be able to do this. They have both put things on their home pages that tell me they know what to do. Automel (faith) from Turkey & mzoahib from Saudi both list specific skills you will need. I think you will agree because you know how to specify. There is also a young guy from Gaza - abedsamy. He simply wont have the experience you will need BUT you should give him part of the work so that he gets the experience. My recommendation for what it is worth is: 1: Split the project into 2 parts 2: Get either Automel or mzoahib to do the design and specifications and check the drawings and check the calculations. 3: Get abedsamy to do the drawings and calculations. That way you get the smarts you need and give a young engineer some valuable experience. Good Luck.
