Good communication skills gained throughout my professional experiences over the years, where I was able to develop successful working relationships and gain a valuable professional network within the field of Education and Training. I consider myself to be easy going and open to new challenging endeavors and fast-paced environments. My ability to solve conflicts, deal with different type of situations and make decisions has been increasing over the years, not only because I have more professional responsibilities within my job, but also because I started focusing on other activities such as volunteering, which allow me to broaden the mind, communicate and being comfortable adjusting to any situation. I am currently responsible for the management and organization of the Mobility Office of the IE-ULisboa. This academic year we will receive around 40 Erasmus+ students and several teachers under the Erasmus+ Program, which requires a great amount of organization and logistic skills.
