SENIOR 365 CRM DYNAMICS TRAINING CONSULTANT

We are one of the world's leading organizations of independent audit, tax and advisory firms seeking a Senior Consultant with experience in MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 CRM. This is a unique opportunity to join a 2-year training and deployment project for a leading automotive company. The project will be rolled out in dealers in the northern region of Germany. Tasks: - CRM operations manual adjustments (if needed) - Profile Data migration to CRM MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 CRM - Onsite 365 CRM DYNAMICS training - Visit reports - Attend email & telephone functional support requests from the dealers until this support is transferred to the customers´Helpdesk Requirements: - Senior Consultant with solid skills and experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployments for medium & large size firms (5 years minimum). - Proven track record of successful CRM Dynamics deployments & trainings. - Experience in the Automotive Sector, preferably with exposure to dealers (2 year minimum). - Fluent in English and German. - Prestigious University Degree in Business or Computer Science or Other Science / Engineering Disciplines (Master Studies will be highly appreciated). - Excellent interpersonal, communication & skills, showing professional and personal empathy with the project’s and dealers’ teams. - Proven exposure to multi-national and complex environments / projects. - Willing to travel.
