I am a very good marker Researcher and I've been conducting such researches on my last job for a start up application for coffeeshops table reservations ( skip the que kind of thing) I have been asking users to identify what they liked about the app , what they did not like , asked them about all the features of the application in specific and analyzed them while using and reserving through the app each differently ran through different problems and had different complaints. on the other hand my lovely GF she's a top of her class Psychologist here in the American university in Cairo she's been doing some free lance as well as assistant researcher she's been making good feedbacks with her mentor professor from louisiana and she's very adequate with what she does . I'm a Brazilian journalist. I have experience conducting interviews and market researches and researches in general. I think I could help you with your job. The only issue that comes to my mind is that I don't know in which language you need the interviews to be conducted. As I'm in Brazil right now, I would probably only find patients/caregivers able to speak Portuguese and I would have to conduct the interviews in that language, which I don't know if it would serve for your purposes.
