Need a developer that can do small design as well

I need a marketplace built for my buyer & sellers. It will be a bidding system, but a customized one. I was told to go onto sharetribe and use their opensource software so i can own it all right out. I can gladly explain in detail if there's anyone who know's how to build a b2b marketplace... I am looking for someone seasoned, English speaking (fluent), and lives in the USA As for budget; I didn't know what amount to put. Please feel free to give a straight or rough quote. I respect hard work and would understand any amount, just make the offer fair If freelancer is located here in LA or a state where I travel to regularly, i would gladly consider equity -Alan
