If job count reaches 1400 in any week, you will be provided with an incentive of Rs.500 as a token of gratitude. Payment will be done on monthly basis on the first week of every month. Payment will be calculated on strictly based on your accuracy which should not go down below 60% of your total average work. Increment will start after the first month according to the work accuracy. Strictly follow the guidelines provided to you. Maintain the Google timesheet provided to you at the beginning and end of your work. Due to any real-life events, if a person fails to complete his/her given target, you will be permitted to adjust the remaining work in the next 3 days. If a person has decided to take a day off he/she can use a Comp-Off to swap it with any Sunday of that particular week. For the first week, you will be provided with enough help and guidance to meet your throughputs and accuracy. But starting from the second week it will be monitored strictly.
