I am looking for a global database of dental hospitals based in Europe, USA , Australia & NZ /USA /Asia
THIS IS NOT - REPEAT NOT - A DATABASE OF DENTISTS/DENTISTS OFFICES - BUT DENTAL HOSPITALS AND HOSPITALS THAT CARRY OUT DENTAL WORK
Here is a list of countries. Please ignore the small islands

WE DO NOT REQUIRE ANY IN THE CONTINENT OF AFRICA OR SOUTH AMERICA
(1) They need to be supplied in excel with full postal mailing address
(2) This is not a database of dentists but DENTAL HOSPITALS - not dental practices.
(3) For the USA university dental schools each one should have the name of the Dean and all HOSPITALS that carry out dentistry
I am an experienced dentist so I will be working with the winning bidder during the project. This will involve the winning bidder searching the internet to capture this information,

I am looking for quality not quantity.
The first task will be USA University dental schools - about 40 or so - with the Dean (the head of the dental school) and all relevant contact information
This will be the first milestone payment once I have verified the data which I can do in a minute or so.
Then it will be hospitals in the USA that carry out dental work.
This will be the generic address of the dental hospital
This will be a large database - in the hundreds.
This will be the second milestone payment
The it will be dental schools in the rest of the world
