We are an online business requiring someone to process our orders from Shopify, taking data to create an excel worksheet, send edm's via mailchimp and communicate with our friendly team. A long term, permanent position of approx 8-10 hrs per week. The role may grow over time to include customer service. Must have experience with Shopify and mailchimp, be efficient in Excel, have excellent english and availability from 10am - 1pm AEST. Immediate start.

Hello, I'm interested to provide support. I have experience in Shopify (used for product uploading only) & Excel spreadsheet. Honestly, I haven't used Mailchimp yet but if you provide initial instructions, I would be able to use it. My English is fluent so communication is not a problem. I would be able to work in the given AEST timezone most of the time. I have a full time shift job so my working hours keep changing, if possible, sometimes I may need some flexibility in the timing. Hi I would like to apply for the virtual assistant job you posted. I worked for a call center company which specializes in Shopify and web development. Working with my clients in shopify, I am task to fulfill orders as well as list items that are out of stock or needs to be added to the shop. I also have experience in email customer support.
