Build me a website for data merge.

Hello there, my family is looking for an application that will map data from .doc to CSV. This program will create CSV for mapping values to a template .doc for posting/mailing. Program will generate CSV for mail merge documents. Over time we will have many CSV documents. We would like the program to merge CSV documents also. The program will accept re-uploaded, previously generated CSV for the purpose of COMBINING and creating a more thorough asset. Mail merge document will be created for all the values. (standard #10 envelopes and 8.5x11 paper) PROGRAMS THAT ARE TOO LARGE OR SLOW WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Create a database on the server then upload the data to that database. The reason for a website server is for security. My internet is visited by other people frequently and it is clear that my keyboard is compromised unfortunately. 1. online database in MySQL 2. mail merge program in VBA where you can merge your document with your database data. 3. domain and host will be my own. Domain it will be excluded from $500 (which is project cost) Website can download the CSV information for future applications. A copy of the program for other developers. There may be a need to upgrade the program. Mail merge document allowing for all the values to be placed in a letter and envelope. (standard #10 envelopes and 8.5x11 paper) MASTER COPY OF CSV ON BOTH WEBSITE AND DATABASE SERVER. MASTER COPY OF CSV MUST UPDATE WITH NEW CSV UPLOADS.
