Create an excel macro that will create ebay file exchange .csv files

I need a macro to run in Microsoft Excel that will use replace a variable in an existing template to create .csv files I can upload to ebay file exchange. 1: Copy all content from sheet 4 to sheet 1. 2: Copy all content from sheet 3 and paste it to the first available line in sheet 1. 3: Replace all instances of ___$$$VAR1$$$___ with the next word in the list from sheet 2. 4: Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the next 199 words in the list from sheet 2, column A 5: If column D in sheet one contains any rows with more than 80 characters, delete all characters over 80 6: Save as [login to view URL] 7: Delete all content in sheet 1 8: Repeat steps 1-6 until the word list in column 2 is finished, saving as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and so-on, until the list sheet 2, column A, is completed.
