Hello, Freelancers. I am posting this job for 3 times here because I had not found proper person for this task.
Please don't apply Indian and Pakistan, sorry, but I will report and ignore proposal
The aim of this task is to harvest data about Australian property lawyers listed on the law firms websites.
See attached excel spreadsheet - I have provided a list of approximately 50 law firms with links to their websites. I require you to:
1. Open the website for the law firm (from “List of Law Firms” sheet)
2. Locate the property lawyers. This can (generally speaking) be done in two ways:
a. Navigate under the “expertise / services / practice areas” section to “property / real estate". Under this section, the firm may list its contacts that are relevant for that practice area
b. If the firm does not list the relevant people under that section, navigate to the "Our People" section. The firm's website hopefully has an ability for you to filter by the lawyer's area of expertise. You can then identify the property lawyers and complete the data entry
c. If the firm does not have an ability to filter by area of expertise, you may need to open the individual profiles of the lawyers and briefly skim read (or Control + Find for the word "property" or "lease" or "leasing") to identify the relevant lawyers. You can then complete the data entry
3. Complete the columns in the “Data Entry” sheet (5 columns)
If the information is not available (i.e. the firm doesn’t list email addresses or the firm doesn’t specialise in property law or another issue), please note it down in the spreadsheet and move on.
Upon awarding you the job, I will require us have a teleconference where I share my screen and show you an example.
I expect this job will take a number of hours/one full work day. I require it to be completed ASAP (within the next 16 hours) for my review.
If you do a good job, I have another job that will follow on from this one.
I am open to discussing a bonus on the job if it can be completed ACCURATELY and QUICKLY (or if there is more work involved than first expected)
