I have a excel file and a test Power BI. I need help to create a DAX formula to calculate attrition. The test file has a hire date and a term date. Need to get the start headcount by removing anyone hired during the selected month or quarter or in the future. Remove any terminated employees that were terminated during the month or quarter selected or any in the past. This will give me my starting headcount before any changes. Then I need a measure for total terminated employees by date selected and another for total hired by date selected (month or quarter)
