I'm looking for someone to fill in a spreadsheet with information that is available from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation website located at [login to view URL] I have posted instructions below and in the files The information needed is available on documents that you can view after downloading from the website. After downloading a document you would need to insert the information into my spreadsheet. Step 1. Go to [login to view URL] Step 2. Go to "Search Elevators and Related Equipment Step 3. Go to "Search Elevators and Related Equipment Step 4 Click Next Step 5 Insert the information from picture Step #, Equipment type= All, Building City= San Antonio, Building County = Bexar Step 6 Sort by "Building Name" on my spreadsheet called "elevator escalator and Equipment Export(2) and on the "Sort By" on the website Step 7 (Step 7 is an example of what should happen for the rest of the project) Click on first building "name" Step 8 Click on Show Documents Step 9 The document that has the information needed is the most recent "Subsequent Inspection" document. Step 10 The information needed is the Owner Email Address, Owner Phone Number, Building Contact Email Address, and Building Contact Phone Number- AS CIRCLED IN RED AND HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW in step #10 picture Step 11 Insert the information in the correct space on the spreadsheet Step 12 Repeat until done with Spreadsheet Thank you.
