Hallo, as Carry Bradshaw hired the beautiful PA I need same help here. I need a person with native German and perfect English language skills to support the company work virtually. Preferably someone from Berlin as sometimes deliveries and Institutions has to be visited. Sporadic work. Organizing company documents, filling up forms etc. I am running my own Facility management company already 6 years here. the work is getting in high dement so i cant manage alone anymore. I need an organized person who can follow up and be punctual. To read and answer all Governmental papers, follow the correspondence with Institutions, Insurance and Health companies, Payments, Client payments and materials orders, Schedules etc. Starting job adverts, running the FB and Linkedin company pages, Organizing meetings and planning my attendance to events.
