I need you to fill in a spreadsheet with data. -To handle HR and administrative tasks such as shortlisting of candidate, arrange for interview sessions, payroll adminstrative, planning for company activities etc.
-To perform daily administrative and general operations duties such as handling of incoming phone calls, filing of documents, liaise with supplier, keep stock for stationery and refreshment etc.
-To provide secretarial support to the top management such as travel planning, arrange and coordinate meetings & events.
-To file and keep track of all contracts and agreements
-To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad hoc basis
-Manage and administer various Compensation & Benefits programs such as Healthcare benefits, car benefit, leave management, Company Global Saving Program etc
-Responsible for monthly end to end payroll processing.
-Responsible to prepare and submit various payroll related reports.
-Prepare monthly statutory documents – LHDN , ZAKAT , SOSCO and KWSP, etc.
-Prospect Enquiry Reports on a periodical basis
-Liaise with purchasers, lawyers and bankers, and related documents checking
-To assist the architect-in-charge in coordinating with other consultants and technical personnel in producing construction/submission drawings
-Compile incoming purchase requisition and office on weekly basis
-Prepare PO for approval
-To follow up outstanding PO and inclomplete delivery order
