Write a simple java program that modifies excel files

Hello, I need a simple one-class command-line java program that creates and modifies some xlsx files. The work should be done preferably with IDE Eclipse and jxl library. The aim of the program is to create some xlsx files, each file contains some informations about an item in a particular format, for each item there will be one or more formats (and so one or more xlsx files), the items and the formats to be applied to each item are listed in a file called [login to view URL], which is located in the project folder. The project folder also contains a subfolder "formats", which contains the base formats to be filled in, and a subfolder called "output", initially empty, which will contain all the files created by the program. When the program is run, it should do the following: - read from the first sheet of [login to view URL] which files must be created: for each item there will be some formats to apply, copy the required base formats from the "format" subfolder and call them "item name_format name"; - fill in each file with the informations found in the second and third sheet of Data.xlsx. The files will be identical to the base formats apart from the content of some cells, which are highlighted with a coloured background. The cells in yellow contain informations that depend on the item and these are listed in the second sheet, the cells in green contain informations that depend on the item and on the format and these are listed in the third sheet. The coloured cells in the base formats contain the name of the column of [login to view URL] in which there are the informations to copy. If an information is missing (because, for example, the relevant column is missing in the [login to view URL]), then the program should leave the cell inalterated and print an error message in a log file. - set to white the background color of the modified cells. Please note that the everything else in the base format (merged cells, text orientation, ...) must be left inalterated. I attach an example.
