5 Flash Banners and 2 HTML Email Templates

We need 5 Flash Banners for Google Adwords, and 2 HTML Email Templates. We are very large & reputed Opticians in UK, with 2 websites. We need 5 Flash Banners to promote different products and services with Google Adwords. Flash Banners Please read the below requirements carefully. 1) All the banners must be completely compliant with Google Adwords requirements. 2) We use a very specific set of Color Schemes, Font Type, Size & Color on our websites and all the print marketing material, and want all the banners to look and feel exactly the same, so as to have coordinated multi channel marketing affect. 3) We will provide you with the Product Details, links to the website page that each banner will point to, the relevant text we want, and the marketing message we want to spread using all those banners, and will require you to give us creative inputs in terms of designing the banner. 4) We will need you to give us at least 3 variations for each banner, which could be in form of draft layouts of design and then we may finalize 1 for each of 5. We want someone who is willing to accept change suggestions from our marketing team at this stage. Email Templates 1) We need HTML Email Templates 1 each for 2 of our websites. 2) These Email Templates are going to be used with 3rd party clients like Mail Chimp or icontact, and must developed keeping compatibility in mind. 3) Again, both Email Templates should look and feel exactly like the respective websites they are made for. 4) We want a 3 part template, the 1st part is a Header, which has our logo/emblem, (we will provide you the logo/emblem), our tag line (we will provide you this), and links to our home page. The header should look like the header on our home page, the 2nd part is the main body, where we want a mix of pictures, (we will provide these), these should be linked to pages on our website, and text, what is important is, we should be able to change the images and text on this part, depending on our campaign or target audience etc, with the help of html Editors, and the 3rd part is the footer, which should have logo and links to our blog, facebook page, twitter page etc. 5) If you have some ready templates we would be willing to consider the same, in case we like any, it will obviously have to be customized in look and feel as per our website. 100% payment will be given only after we have tested the banners with Google, just so to check if they are accepted, and HTML template with the 3rd party application. Please bid only if you are willing to spend some time and thought on this project, as we are very particular about our requirements.
