I need a few changes in my flutter e-commerce app. The app is live on Play Store. The link below (Only available in India)

I also have an admin app from where I can add or remove products and check new orders.
The back-end is connected to Google Firebase.
The app is working fine right now. Just need a few changes:
1. User should get a discount on buying a large number of products. Example: An item costs the user 100 INR for 1 quantity. If the user increases the quantity in the cart from 1 to 10 then he/she will get a discount of 10%. If the user increases the quantity to 100 then the user will get a 25% discount. And more like that.
2. All product photos have to show as a square image.
3. I need an option in the admin panel to add multiple photos in 1 product.
4. Sign-in/Sign up should only be allowed by mobile number and with OTP authentication.
5. Search bar logic isn't working properly in the app. Need to fix that too.
6. Need an extra option in the admin panel from where the admin can add or remove product categories.
7. Add an option in the admin panel to add an image to the specific category so that every category has a different image.
8. Make the app load smoother and have a bit more aesthetic look. Just need a few changes in the app design. Not anything major.
Although the app is not new it's very hard to generate revenue from it. So please, don't bid very high as I won't be able to pay much for these changes.
