Looking for a Ghost writer for a thriller / Spy fiction novel

I believe that the best story/novel is when a reader feels that characters act following their own will, no matter how contradictory it may sound, and not act following the author's needs and wishes. Ok, it can be a car crash) And that's it, the author doesn't even bother to make it real or to make this death fit the flow and story. I don't want to be such an author.
