Need Several Kindle eBooks Written in Topics Related to Kids - Fun and/or Educational

i there, I'm looking for a good writer to write a non-fiction ebook (or potentially several ones ) on a topic related to kids. The book should be well written in native English and be thoroughly edited. You must have personal experience with the subject. The book must offer simple, expert solutions to common problems that people have with that subject. They should be well-informed solutions that are not common knowledge and not something a reader could find with a quick Google search. The book should follow the attached template (but add more chapters to it) to save us both formatting work later. It should have a short introduction (~200 words) , several concise chapters (7 at least), and a short thank you or final thoughts chapter to wrap up at the end. 90% of the content should be about tips, techniques for how to solve the readers problems or ways to make it easier or more fun. I will write the final title of the book including relevant keywords, you just need to come up with a working title that best describes what your book is about. The book must be 100% original material. I retain the rights to the book (you will have to sign an NDA) and it will featured online for purchase, under your name or a pen name. If you wish and I decide to publish under your name then I don't mind if you refer to it as a reference in your portfolio. By applying/accepting this job you agree this is a WORK FOR HIRE situation. You agree you will own no rights to the work or parts of the work and you understand/agree your name might not appear anywhere on/in the work (depending o my final decision). It should be 8,000-12,000 words and at least 65 pages (some pictures must be embedded). Cost per book is $80. You need to do all the research and come up with the TOC. The Table of Contents needs to be with clickable links. No plagiarism. The book needs to be original, unique content, no copying and pasting allowed from the web. This will be checked.
