At True Leaf Farms we grow seasonal and off-season fruits and vegetables at our farm in Gurugram. We use urban farming techniques such as hydroponics, protected agriculture, drip irrigation etc to get high quality produce all year round. Currently we service societies in Gurugram only. All orders are routed through our website. Vegetables are harvested fresh in the morning, packaged and delivered in a few hours. The USP for our products is the freshness and high quality. We are now expanding our growing capacity to be able to take about 3-4 times more volume. We are also adding new crops to our list to offer more variety to our customers. We are looking to expand our reach by targeting more societies and residential complexes in Gurugram through social media targeting, email campaigns, etc. We need people with experience in social media targeting and marketing. We need to target more households in Gurugram before moving to Delhi. At the same time we need to retarget our existing clientale to promote our new products and to increase the repeat purchase frequency. Marketing strategy needs to complement our operations so that all aspects of the business are in sync.
