Develop a Mac Application -- 2

I would like to build an app to teach phonics to English as a Foreign Language students. I have the material needed to guide the project yet need someone to develop the graphics and software program for it. It is a very extensive project that could lead to many additional projects - possibly 4 or 5 apps in a sequence. It would be an app built on and for Macs, iPhones and iPads. The introduction is short and simple (our users will likely not speak English) demonstrating how to play. It is followed by a short presentation (30 second video) demonstrating the material for this part of the lesson / game. Then, a question and answer period to ensure understanding. Earn a small amount of 'fake money' to go towards building your farm project throughout the game. The farm is a side project to provide release and creative play. This app is geared towards teenage and adult learners but needs to be friendly for children. The next step is a practice session. One game for each lesson to practice. Again, small amount of 'fake money' earned during this phase. No scores are kept here as this is a time to practice and strengthen their skills. Then, the activate / production phase comes in where they play three games, the score is tallied and the most potential 'fake money' is earned here. After the three games, they read a simple book (called a Reader) utilizing their newfound skills (for example CVC words - consonant vowel consonant - such as pig, wig and dig. They earn fake money for every time they completely read the book. The book is placed in a library which they can access at any time to simply practice reading the books. Once they have finished reading the book, the words covered in this lesson are placed into families on the family trees. All of this is followed by an assessment test (quiz) testing their progress and the score is definitely tabulated here. All scores throughout for each lesson are accessible in the Progress Report section of the game. Once the lesson is complete, a Dolci word list challenge is initiated. These are 220 words which comprise 50-70% of what we read in every book. The player is made familiar to these words so they can recognize them on site easily making reading easier. They can go in at any time to build their farm which involves buying the property, adding buildings, creating a garden, building a chicken coop, getting animals, growing hay, buying equipment - how extensive or limited this is depends on what we need. It simply needs to be a diversion allowing the player to relax for a few minutes before going back to tackle the task. I would like there to be a character who walks in and out of each lesson, his fate lying in the hands of the player. For example, in one game, he is parachuting and about to land in the water where a shark is swimming. (The game is like Hangman.) The player must guess the correct spelling of the word or the character falls in the water with the shark. Then, we start on the next lesson. I need each small project to be completely operable and finished enabling another programmer to pick up where you've left off in the event you should decide to not participate in the next part of the project. The program needs to be very readable, clean, C++ not C and rich with graphic design. I understand if I need to hire separately someone to do the graphic design and another to do the programming. Since I am a teacher in another country with low pay, this endeavor will need to be completed one small chunk at a time. The first part is the alphabet and the sounds the letters make.
