A WordPress site using Thesis that's fully responsive and SEO optimized for a IT Consulting startup. - open to bidding

I need a website designed (using WP and Thesis) for an IT consulting firm. Included in the project would be logo design (BITS Consulting), site graphics, and site content. I choose the Thesis framework (I bought Thesis Professional) because I wanted a site that is responsive and one that I would be able to maintain on my own. However, I will be looking to have a consultant work on SEO (hopefully you) to ensure that the page ranks well for target keywords. The primary goal of the site is to be a publisher for IT consulting services via affiliate marketing partners. For example, one of the services that I will provide is Web Hosting via an affiliate partner. Likewise for other consulting services such as Internet access, VoIP phones, online backup, etc. I would need you to also provide the site content for each of these affiliate referral pages. The second goal for the site would be to allow me to publish articles about various topics. However, it is designed for WP 2.9, does not use Thesis, and does not have any social media widgets. Thesis does have social media widgets that I can use. In addition to those widgets, I plan on also integrating other WP and Thesis widgets for email lists etc. Lastly, I need the site to be able to mask affiliate links using a method that's easy to maintain. I know that there are many ways to achieve this but I'm looking for the easiest one that I can maintain.
