custom wordpress website/plugins/mySQL/anymeeting integration

This project is for creation/design/implementation for a custom wordpress site with domain name forexsavior.com. Required competencies include graphic design, wordpress custom template design, basic mySQL database design/setup/implementation for a single 6 table mySQL db, boxbilling /w paypal shopping cart setup/implementation for sales of product, wordpress plugin installation and setup (several plugins),and coding of a windows server macro or batch script (/w scheduler) to interact with the mySQL db and [login to view URL] via API. If *ANY* of these required competencies are outside of your abilities PLEASE DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME OR YOURS WITH A BID. More specifically, this project is a bid request to do the following: create a custom wordpress template and adjust it to loosely emulate the design/layout of [login to view URL] - specific content will be different and tab names, images, and text content will be different, but the general design/layout should match that site as a rough guide (that is, a wordpress blog with total 3 google adense panels, total of 4 boxes on right edge, several tabs, home page slider image that rotates thru 5 slides of image /w headline/slogan style text, bottom page row of basic content such as privacy policy/contact us/affiliates etc, on home page tab lower ⅓ of page has “free download” content) - text/copy content and logo to be provided but creative input is desired to enhance theme of the website, select/source appropriate images and provide visual appeal regarding specific coloring and lettering styles. Theme of the website is that visitors are EITHER new people to forex trading OR they are people who have been trading for some time and have been unsuccessful/unprofitable.
