1. Produce a robust platform -Write clean, modular, robust code to implement my requirements.
Produce a fresh, modern look. You need to have great web design and developer skills, which include Graphic design, Responsive web design & Video services experience that I require to be implemented for my website.
Ideally you would of built a website with the services I require (video call, voice call, chat live, Email Management, Apt booking, E-Commerce.
Finally- Good communication is essential.
2. I require a Web Developer & Designer to create my website from scratch, to include modern design, platform, code, 16 expert profiles and logins and admin login. Further details of your job description, are included in all the attachments, so you will have a very clear guideline of what I require, down to the layout, and steps involved on all pages. I have provided you with screenshots in the attachments to be used as a guideline of how I would like the pages setup,

4. Create all 16 expert login's and 1 admin login (for myself) Please understand that I do not have all 16 experts yet so I will need you to setup the profiles but disable their services, so a customer cannot use them until the time I have the experts + the terms & conditions and privacy policies, & then each profile can be activated by the admin login.
5. I need the admin login to be able to view, add and amend all things possible on the website. Ideally I will need more expert profiles created at a later date so, please allow for this bandwidth and the admin login to be able to add more profiles to the website.

I'd like the following colors incorporated on my website:
Blue or aqua blue(background), lavender, grey, red & black- I am open to discussing your suggestions.
10Design my logo- i like this font -Arial Unicode MS font, or something similar- use your graphic design skills here. (A pic of a key and lock incorporated would be great, to go with the domain name and idea.
11Need"Whats this?" buttons to explain services, to be placed in different places on the website (see attached for details)
12.I will provide you with Terms & Conditions, Competition and Privacy Security policies to be placed in different places on the website - I need you to create a link, when selected it will open a window to view the T&C's or Privacy & security policy.
13 I will require you to sign a Site Coders Contract before commencing work if you are hired.
14. Please setup the website to be accessible via laptop/pc/ mobile/tablet.
15. I have 6 attachments that go into detail about my requirements. It is essential that you read & understand what needs to be achieved.
