I require a Web Developer & Designer to create my website from scratch, to include modern design, platform, code, 16 expert profiles and logins and admin login. Further details of your JD, are in all the attachments, so you will have a very clear guideline of what I require, down to the layout, and steps involved on all pages. Create all 16 expert login's and 1 admin login (for myself) Please understand that I do not have all 16 experts yet so I will need you to setup the profiles but disable their services, so a customer cannot use them until the time I have the experts & then each profile can be activated by the admin login. 6. I need the admin login to be able to view, add and amend all things possible on the website. I will need more expert profiles added by the admin login at a later date so, please allow for this, for the admin login to be able to add more profiles to the website.
